Our classic black enamelled Gourmet shallow casserole is constructed from 3.5mm lightweight aluminium which is renowned for its excellent even heat distribution properties. With a tough Teflon Classic non-stick coating so you can brown and sauté food without worry of sticking or burning (and washing up is a doddle) it can go directly from hob to oven making it ideal for one pot cooking and family casseroles. Generously sized at 24cm (3.6 litre) it comes with a self-basting domed glass lid to retain moisture and flavour whilst allowing you to view the contents plus heat-resistant silicone handles which stay cool on the hob so you won't get your fingers burned either! Suitable for all cookers except induction and safe for dishwasher use.
