Our classic black enamelled Gourmet sauté pan is constructed from 3.5mm lightweight aluminium which is renowned for its excellent even heat distribution properties and coated with a tough Teflon Classic non-stick lining so food won't stick or burn (and washing up is a doddle). Generously sized at 28cm (3.7 litre) it is shallower than the stir fry pan with straighter sides so it can double up as a frying pan when used without its lid and is also ideal for cooking larger family meals such as paella or risotto. With a self basting glass lid and heat-resistant silicone handle which stays cool on the hob so you won't get your fingers burned!
